Azienda Agricola Cinzia Bergaglio – Tassarolo, Gavi
Our family has been making wine for several years, following the guidelines of a process that is as respectful as possible of the land and the environment, and combining the use of low impact products with the application of the most modern technologies. Our quality objectives are achieved thanks to the pruning with few sprouts, the green harvest at the end of July and the particular attention we pay to pressing. We use a horizontal press with a soft pressing of the grapes.
To all this we add our experience and little secrets passed on from generation to generation
